Zabaglione With Muscadel Wine

I’m including this lovely recipe, as red muscadel wine is rich in resveratrol.
Arrange halved strawberries , cut sides facing outwards, around base of each glass.

Ingredients

8 extra large egg yolks
100 ml castor sugar
125 ml muscadel wine
8 boudoir biscuits
50ml grated chocolates
Instructions
Place egg yolks and castor sugar in mixing bowl
Beat until light and frothy
Place over double boiler, slowly add wine.
Keep over heat, beat until custard becomes noticeably thickened and creamy.
Serve immediately in glasses with a boudoir biscuit in each.
Top with grated chocolate.
