A Vitality Breakfast



Two tablespoons wheat kernels

Two tablespoons whole barley

Two tablespoons whole rye

One tablespoon sesame seeds

One tablespoon sunflower seeds

One tablespoon oat bran

Raisins, Figs or Prunes.

Cut the dried fruit into pieces

Place in warm water overnight in a closed container

Place in a bowl and eat with yoghurt and honey, or buttermilk
















Raspberry Tea



Raspberry tea is high in resveratrol, potassium, magnesium, iron and vitamin B, which make it helpful in the treatment of nausea, insomnia, diarrhea, eye ailments, sore throat, mouth ulcers and to keep the prostate gland healthy. Potassium helps to keep the heart beat regular.

This herbal tea has a high content of vitamin C. For the treatment of infertility, drink three or more cups daily.  Raspberry tea is beneficial for woman as it helps balance hormones. During pregnancy, it strengthens the uterus.



Making Raspberry Tea



Place one teaspoon of dried, chopped raspberry leaves in cup.

Fill with boiling water.

Cover the cup. Steep tea for five minutes

Remove cover and strain tea into another cup.



The raisins in the vitality breakfast, as well as the raspberries contain resveratrol, which has many health benefits.
