Fried Chicken and Peanuts Recipe



Peanuts Contain Resveratrol
Peanuts contain resveratrol, so this is a healthy combination. They contain a large amount of protein and are rich in vitamin E and the B vitamins, which are good for stress. Peanuts are a highly concentrated food, and should be eaten sparingly mixed with other foods. The healthiest way to eat them, are in the form of sprouts.




Fried Chicken and Peanuts Recipe 

Ingredients
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika
Cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground ginger
Herb salt
1 cup raw peanuts
1 chicken

Spice Mixture
Paprika
Cayenne pepper
Ginger
Salt
Oil

Instructions
Grind ½ cup peanuts and add to spice mixture
Rub chicken with spicy mixture, and pour some inside the chicken.
Sprinkle rest of peanuts over chicken and bake until tender.

Serve with rice, salad or noodles as you prefer.


















Peanut Sprout Salad
2 cups shredded cabbage
½ cup chopped raw peanuts (sprouted if available)
1 cup grated raw carrots
1 cup sliced green pepper
½ cup pineapple pieces
Mix together with mayonnaise.
