How to Make Mulberry Leaf Tea

Pick mature mulberry leaves, free of diseases.
Dry in sun for two days.
Tear leaves in half.
Place two teaspoons of dried mulberry leaves in cup.
Add boiling water. Cover.
Let stand for fifteen minutes.

Add honey if required.















Raspberry Tea

Making Raspberry Tea

Place one teaspoon of dried, chopped raspberry leaves in cup.
Fill with boiling water.
Cover the cup. Steep tea for five minutes
Remove cover and strain tea into another cup.
